World Floral Expo — Why Attend?

Learn How
The creative displays of Jessica Keets and her staff are seen across the WFE showroom floor in almost every booth. And as one design or another, like this one from Sande Callas (WFE'09 #509), captures your attention you can not only get an up close look at it, you can get all the information you need about the flowers from the vendor and personal instruction on how the arrangement was put together by Jessica's designers during the three day show.

Discover New
Competing with the vast volume of flowers that filled the showroom the sweet fragrance of these David Austin Roses still managed to waft through the air, standing out to be recognized, and drawing me in for closer inspection. Mayesh Wholesale Florists (WFE'09 #813) featured these beauties among their new products to capture the attention of wedding and event providers who need specialty flowers for their unique clients. The scent of these roses was as strong, sweet, and enticing as any perfume on the market and will surely be appreciated by any client whose work is designed with them.

Gather Inspiration
At WFE the flowers are impeccable, the displays magnificent, and at every turn of the corner there is another "A-Ha Moment" waiting for you!
Have you ever needed inspiration for a "Tropical" themed wedding, anniversary, birthday, or special event? Next time you can add this idea to your bag of tricks: build a Tikki Hut from foliages as seen in the Foliage Illusion booth (WFE'09 #804).
If you were smart enough to be there last year you probably took a peek behind the scenes to discover how it was created!

Feel Connected
When you attend a global show geared to the US market you are bound to be inspired.
- Inspired: by the volume, array, and uniqueness of the flowers themselves.
- Inspired: by the diversity among the vendors and exhibitors.
- Inspired: by the symphony of cooperative work it takes to get flowers to the hands of the people.
- Inspired: by learning that floriculture is having a positive impact on people's lives as far away as Kenya, as close as the next State, and all over the world.
- Inspired: enough to come back to your own work with renewed interest, vision, and commitment.

"To analyze the charms of flowers is like dissecting music, it is one of those things which it is far better to enjoy, than to attempt to fully understand."
